 At E&S, we charge no upfront fees and do not collect any payment if there are no funds available to our clients. Our compensation is strictly contingency based, as outlined in the agreement between E&S and the client. In other words, we are only paid when our clients successfully recover their funds.

The timeline can vary depending on the court's processing speed and how quickly required documents are signed. Once everything is submitted, most claims are typically completed within a few weeks to a few months. At E&S, we move quickly on our end so there are no delays and we keep you updated throughout every step of the process.

E&S works directly with our own attorneys who handle all legal filings needed for your claim. All attorney cost are already included in the percentage you agree to, so there are no upfront fees and nothing extra for you to worry about.
